Undisputed Facts – How is he still around?

Comments Off on Undisputed Facts – How is he still around?

  • Was found civilly liable for sexual battery in New York.  The only reason it is not called rape is because New York statute requires proof that the man’s penis penetrated, as opposed to a finger or other object, which was not proven by a preponderance of the evidence at trial.
  • Was found liable for repeated and persistent fraud in New York by elevating his net worth for purposes of obtaining loans and to get on Forbes richest people list, and then devaluing his net worth for purposes of tax assessment and insurance. At the conclusion of this trial he was fined over $350,000,000 plus interest and banned from running any business in New York for three years. His company is so fraudulent that for the next three years there will be independent oversight of every business or monetary transaction.
  • Had a judicial finding in Colorado of having participated in an insurrection against the United States and of having given aid and support to insurrectionists.  This finding of fact was unanimously upheld by the Colorado Supreme Court. The United States Supreme Court did not dispute this finding of fact in its 14th Amendment decision.
  • In speeches, has labeled convicted insurrectionists and other participants of Jan. 6 as political hostages.
  • Stated he is willing to grant pardons to Jan. 6 felons.
  • Supports Project 2025 which supports Christian Nationalism and other ultra far-right agendas.  For more on Christian Nationalism read my article “Voices, the Dangers of -isms.”
  • Stated he wishes to dismantle the Constitution and increase the power of the Executive branch and therefore weaken the legislative and judicial branches, by eliminating whole departments of the Federal government to bring their duties under the control of the Executive branch.
  • Stated he will weaponize the Attorney General’s office and prosecute his detractors and political enemies.
  • Stated he will build camps in which to house undocumented aliens, and perhaps others that he deems dangerous to him or his power.
  • Supports using the Insurrection Act to empower the use of the military to police protests that he opposes.
  • Stated repeatedly that he has high regard for the strong-man dictator leaders of Russia, China, North Korea, and especially Hungary.
  • Stated that the leaders of Hamas and Hezbollah are smart people.
  • Made the remarks on the left: (The right side is Hitler’s similar quote)
    • “I will get rid of the communist vermin.”  “I will get rid of the communist vermin.”
    • “I will take care of the threat from within.”  “I will take care of the enemy within.”
    • “Migrants are poisoning the blood of our country.”  “Jews and migrants are poisoning Aryan blood.”
    • “One people, one family, one glorious nation.”  “One people, one realm, one leader.”
  • Has been indicted for participation in the Jan. 6 insurrection at the recommendation of a grand jury of random citizens looking at evidence gathered by an independent counsel who answers neither to the Attorney General nor the White House.  His former Chief of Staff has agreed to cooperate with the promise of immunity.  The Chief of Staff’s former lead assistant has written a book detailing what she witnessed and her testimony is damning.
  • Has been indicted for conspiring to overturn the results of the Georgia election at the recommendation of a grand jury of random citizens residing in Fulton County, GA.  At least four co-conspirators have already pled guilty including two of his former attorneys.
  • Has been indicted at the recommendation of a grand jury of mishandling, keeping, and sharing classified documents that were rightfully the property of the Federal Government, as well as obstructing their proper return.
  • Is the first American President to be impeached twice, and only the third to ever be impeached.
  • At the conclusion of the second Senate trial of the impeachment, Mitch McConnell said that he believed that the President was guilty of fomenting an insurrection but that it was the job of the judicial branch to charge and convict him, not the Senate since Trump was out of office by that time.
  • Said during a taped interview with Access Hollywood that he could grab a woman’s genitals and get away with it since he is a celebrity.
  • Claimed that he could shoot someone on 5th Avenue and get away with it.
  • Routinely resorts to name calling and ad hominem attacks as a chief political tactic.
  • Increased the national debt during his term by $7.8 billion.
  • Politicized the COVID vaccine and mask wearing resulting in an unknown number of deaths.
  • Aligned himself and his party with various far-right white nationalist groups including the Proud Boys and Oath Keepers.  As I have pointed out elsewhere, while not all Republicans are white nationalists, nearly all white nationalists are Republicans.
  • Has recently and on multiple occasions said he won in 2016 against Obama, and that Obama is the current president.
  • In November in Iowa in front of families that included children he talked about hookers and golden showers.  I’ve heard the tape.  Unbelievable.
  • Stated to Sean Hannity that on day one he will be a dictator “for a day,” shut down the border and drill, drill, drill.  Hannity was obviously giving Trump a platform to say that he won’t be a dictator, but that backfired on Hannity.
  • In oral arguments before the DC Circuit Court of Appeals, had his lawyer argue that the president has absolute immunity from criminal prosecution. He argued that if the president were to order Seal Team Six to kill his political rival he could be criminally prosecuted ONLY after he was impeached by the House and Convicted by the Senate. By this logic Biden can have Trump assassinated on January 19th of 2025 the day before he leaves office and never be held criminally liable since there would not be time to impeach and convict him by Congress. Note: Since it takes a 2/3’s majority of the Senate to convict a president after impeachment, under Trump’s argument, it would only take 34 senators to vote against conviction to spare the president from all future criminal prosecution. Further note: In the history of the U.S. there have only been three impeached presidents (Andrew Johnson, Bill Clinton, and Donald Trump (twice)), none of which were convicted in the Senate. Amazingly, the Supreme Court agreed with some of Trump’s argument, so Biden could actually order Seal Team Six to assassinate Trump and Biden would be immune, although the Seal Team could be charged for murder. We are in upside down world for sure when a President can order an illegal act but not get prosecuted for it, whereas the personnel who carry out the illegal order could be prosecuted should they follow the order.
  • His company was found guilty of tax evasion for which is CFO served time in prison.
  • Was convicted on 34 felony counts related to illegally falsifying business records in conjunction with election interference during the 2016 election. Think about it. Only about 80,000 votes in 3 swing states brought Trump into the White House, allowing him to appoint 3 Supreme Court Justices. Had the voters known in 2016 that not only did Trump claim to be able to grab the genitalia of women because he was a celebrity, but that he had also had sex with a porn star and paid her off to keep the sexual encounter a secret from the voting public, we might be in very different position right now in time, not in upside down world.
